Do I have to pay with a paypal account?
No. When you go to checkout just push the paypal button and then on the next screen just click on the box that says pay with debit or credit card. Otherwise just use Square!
What does WYSIWYG mean?
It is an abbreviation for "What you see is what you get."
Is your driftwood pre-soaked?
No. We do not soak the wood prior to selling it.
Do you ship fish or shrimp?
No. At this time we only offer shipping on plants, snails, dry goods, foods and supplies. We do not ship fish or shrimp at this time.
Do you take returns on driftwood or rock?
Yes. But all dry goods such as driftwood or rock must be unused and in the same condition they arrived in. Depending on the situation a shipping and a restocking fee may apply.
What should I do if my aquarium arrives damaged?
Unless otherwise specified you will have to contact USPS to start the insurance claim. We cannot be held liable for what the package handlers break. We will work with you to get a refund or replace, if possible, what you purchased. We take pride in how we ship our goods and are happy to say we have a 98% success rate for shipping larger tanks within the USA and its territories.
Do you take returns on Fish, Plants or Shrimp?
No. We do not accept returns on live aquarium goods after they leave the store.
If my plants or snails are dead upon arrival due to a shipping problem will you refund my purchase?
If you receive a damaged package please take at least 2 pictures of it before you open and after. You must inform us within 2 hours of its arrival. We want you to be satisfied with your experience so we try to work with everyone on any shipping problems and if possible replace what was lost depending on the circumstances. But we will always do our very best to insure you never have a DOA.
Do you price match?
Yes and no. Some big retailers have prices that a small business just cant compete with.
